Zentro reserves the right to cancel an order if a product becomes unavailable or cannot be supplied.

Pricing

Prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), unless otherwise stated.

Zentro reserves the right to change product prices, offers, and promotions at any time. Price changes will not normally affect orders that have already been confirmed, except where an obvious pricing error has occurred.

Order Confirmation

Placing an order does not necessarily guarantee acceptance.

We may contact you to verify your order, particularly for COD orders.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in cases including suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, product unavailability, or inaccurate customer information.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing:

Correct name
Valid phone number
Complete delivery address
Accurate order information

Customers should also be available to receive confirmed COD orders.
